FAQS
PARTICIPANTS:
What if some of our attendees have never done yoga before?
All are welcome to join the class! Our instructors are able to provide variations for those who are beginners. If in doubt, know that an hour of savasana (simply lying down on your mat) is still an hour of yoga!
Can pregnant women participate?
Of course! Pregnant yogis are welcome, with their doctor's approval. We also advise them to review this article about which poses to avoid in each trimester. It is important that you inform the instructor prior to class so they can provide modifications as needed!
We want to book a class but we have less than the minimum number of people. Can we still participate?
No pro You will just be paying the flat minimum rate instead of a per-person price.
What if our headcount increases or decreases after we book?
We understand the party size often changes so we don’t need a final headcount until approximately 10 days prior to the class. At that time, we will reach out to get the number of participants and then send a final invoice. If the number of yogis decreases after the final invoice is sent, we do not offer any partial refunds.
The class is a surprise for the bride. Can she fill out the waiver form later?
We understand the bach itinerary is often a surprise for the bride so she does not need to fill out the waiver form the week before the class like the rest of the party. The bride must fill out the form by the start of the class, preferably the day before.
Inclement weather:
What happens in the event of inclement weather (rain, cold, heat, wind, etc)?
We are a mobile yoga company so we do not have an indoor studio to use in the event of bad weather. Therefore, our backup plan is always to host indoors at the group’s accommodations. The plan will be determined during the booking process and must be followed. If there is not a rain plan available, our inclement weather plan is to cancel the class for a refund minus the $150 non-refundable deposit.
Who decides if the inclement weather plan needs to be implemented?
Ideally it is a mutual decision between you and your instructor. However, the instructor reserves the final right to change to the indoor alternative if she deems necessary. All of our staff are professional yoga instructors and know what is needed to provide a fun but safe experience for the group.
