Frequently Asked Questions:

  • All are welcome! Our instructors offer modifications and variations to support beginners and experienced yogis alike. And remember — an hour of savasana (simply lying down on your mat) still counts as yoga 😉

  • Yes! Pregnant participants are welcome with their doctor’s approval. We recommend reviewing guidelines on which poses to avoid during each trimester. Please be sure to inform the instructor prior to class so appropriate modifications can be offered.

  • Yes — absolutely. You’ll simply be charged the flat minimum group rate rather than a per-person price.

  • We understand group sizes often change. We’ll request a final headcount approximately 14 days prior to the class. The final payment is due 5 days before class.

If the number of participants decreases after the final payment is issued, we do not offer partial refunds.

  • Of course! We know bachelorette itineraries are often a surprise. The bride does not need to complete the waiver in advance like the rest of the group, but must complete it by the start of class, ideally the day before.

  • Bride Vibe Yoga is a mobile yoga company and does not have access to an indoor studio. Because of this, a backup indoor location must be identified during the booking process and will be used if weather conditions make an outdoor class unsafe.

If inclement weather occurs, the class will either:

Move indoors to the pre-approved backup location, or

Be canceled only if no indoor option is available.

  • A refund is issued only if:

Inclement weather makes the class unsafe and

No backup indoor location was identified during booking.

In this case, the class cost will be refunded minus the $150 non-refundable deposit.
    All add-on services are non-refundable.

  • If an indoor backup location is available and the group chooses to cancel the class for any reason — including preference not to move indoors — all payments are non-refundable.

  • We aim for this decision to be made collaboratively between the group and the instructor whenever possible. However, the instructor reserves the final right to move the class indoors or cancel the class for safety reasons.

  • The final payment is due 5 days prior to the scheduled class.
