Book it online
Pick your city, your class, and a date and time we actually have open. Your quote is right there on the form — no waiting on an email. A $150 deposit reserves your spot.

Right after booking
Tell us your vibe
Right after you book, you'll fill out a questionnaire so we can build the class around your crew — song requests, pose requests, energy level, all of it.

1 week out
Meet your instructor
We connect you with your instructor a week before class so you can talk logistics, setup, and any last-minute requests directly.

Class day
Show up & flow
We bring the mats, the speaker, and the playlist you asked for. You bring the crew. Your instructor usually shares photos from class that same day.
