How does booking work?

Fill out the booking form with your city, date, group size, and what you're celebrating. We match you with a local instructor, send a full quote (class, add-ons, any travel fee, tax), and once you approve it you pay and you're locked in.

How many people do I need?

There's no minimum — even two people works! Groups of 8+ pay per person. Smaller groups pay a flat session minimum (equivalent to 7 spots), so you're never penalized for having a smaller crew. The booking form shows your exact total before you pay.

Where do the classes happen?

Wherever you are — your rental, hotel suite, rooftop, backyard, park, or event space. If your spot won't work, we can help to scout a location for you.

Question 4

What do you bring?

The instructor will bring yoga mats (color-coordinated, with the option of a pink mat for the guest of honor), a speaker, a custom playlist built from your favorite songs and artists, sunscreen and bugspray for outdoor flows, and all the vibes. You bring the crew.

What class types can we choose from?

Accepted Answer

Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Mat Pilates, Yoga Sculpt, Wag & Flow (puppy yoga), Sound Bath, Tarot Card Readings, and classes in Spanish. Availability depends on which instructors serve your city — your city page and the booking form show what's live there.

How long is a class?

Typically 60 minutes, but it can flex as it's a custom wellness experience tailored to your group's vibe. Some add-ons (like a sound bath or tarot readings) extend your time — the booking form lays it all out before you pay.

How far in advance should we book?

The sooner the better, especially for peak weekends. That said, we've pulled off plenty of last-minute saves — ask us.

What if my exact city isn't listed?

Submit the form for the closest city and it will calculate a travel fee for your location. Then we will match an instructor available for travel.

Do you travel? How far do you travel?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we'll flow wherever your crew is. We're live in 81+ destinations and counting, and if you're just outside one of our markets we'll still come to you. Submit the form for your closest city and it'll calculate the travel fee so you know the estimate up front — no surprises. For farther-flung spots, we'll match an instructor who's available for travel and build the fee right into your quote.

Do we have to pay the deposit before determining the location?

Nope — you can lock in your date first and figure out the spot after. If you'd rather confirm a location before securing your date, that's where your class coordinator and instructor come in. They'll help scout locations, suggest spots that work for your group size and vibe, and make sure everything's set before the flow. Book your date, then we'll help you land the perfect place.

What's your cancellation and refund policy?

Deposits are fully refundable until 60 days before the event (30 days for puppy yoga / Wag & Flow). Inside that window, the deposit is non-refundable. After the final balance is charged, there are no refunds — for any reason, including headcount drops, no-shows, or cancellations. Instructors' calendars are already blocked and prep is done.

Do you do corporate and retreats too?

Yes! Bachelorettes, wedding weekends, birthday bashes, group getaways, corporate offsites, and full retreats all get the same treatment.

What if our group isn't revolved around a Bride?

We've grown beyond only offering bride-centered celebrations — we love birthday bashes, group getaways, corporate offsites, you name it!

What should we wear?

Whatever makes you comfy! Leggings, shorts, tanks, tees — it's your flow, your call. We recommend no socks for better grip on the mat. If you're going for a look, matching sets or a color theme for the crew always photographs beautifully — think all-pink for a bachelorette, neon for a birthday bash, or soft neutrals for a wedding weekend. Coordinating tank tops with your crew's catchphrase is a whole vibe, too.
