01 · Class choice
Yoga mats only. Traditional all-levels Vinyasa with flowing movement, stretching, balance, and breath — the most classic Bride Vibe experience, and our most-booked class.
02 · Class choice
Yoga mats plus resistance bands and/or Pilates balls. Controlled, low-impact strength work focused on core, glutes, legs, and arms — small movements, lots of repetition, plenty of that Pilates shake.
03 · Class choice
Yoga mats plus resistance bands. A higher-energy yoga-based workout combining Vinyasa-inspired movement with resistance training, squats, lunges, pulses, and core work — more sweat and strength than the traditional flow.
